Chiropractic care may be covered by your insurance. We accept most PPO insurance plans and are considered “in-network” with Aetna, Blue Shield, Cigna, Health EZ, and United Healthcare. We can bill to “out-of-network” plans as well, and services may still be covered depending on the patient’s plan; call to inquire. Our functional medicine cases are not covered by insurance. All services are paid directly by the patient at the time of service. Please complete all new patient forms prior to your initial consultation.
